Nkoana Dalson MODIBA
Dalson is the Chief Audit Executive of the South African national government department on Government Communication and Information System (GCIS). His qualifications are a Bachelor of Rations (equivalent to B Com Acc.) from the previously known University of the North, a Higher Diploma in Computer Audit from Wits University, a B Com Honours in Business Management from UNISA, a Senior Management Programme Certificate from University of Pretoria, and Business and Life Coaching Certificate from Orion Business Solutions. Dalson has over 22 years of experience in the auditing environment. His experience covers both assurance and consulting services especially in the public sector in the areas of risk management, ICT, compliance, financial statements and performance information review, as well governance. He previously served on Audit Committees including providing advisory services in the setting up of governance structures and internal audit functions. He worked with key stakeholders to improve the combined assurance programme, he led a major drive towards clean audit outcomes within GCIS, resulting in GCIS obtaining a clean audit from AGSA for 6 consecutive years since 2014/15 financial year.
